What is AC?

Air Conditioning is the way toward expelling warmth and dampness from the inside of a possessed space, to enhance the cool breeze to tenants. Cooling can be utilized in both household and business conditions.  

This process is most commonly used to get a more comfortable interior environment, typically for humans and animals.However, air conditioning is also used to cool/dehumidify rooms filled with heat-producing electronic devices, such as power amplifiers, computer servers and even to display and store some delicate products, such as artwork.

How to pick right one?

There are two way to cool our breeze.

1. By Gas - Gas Type
2. By Water - Chilled water Type

For small residential Gas type is right choice. If its high rise building chilled water is right choice. But Initial chiller cost is little bit high, when we mind high rise floors more than 20 it not too expensive.

We have different types of AC units available. There are

1. Wall Split
2. Standable cooler
3. Duct split
4. FCU
5. AHU
6. FAHU

7. VRF system(Outdoor purpose)

For small zone wall split or stand split is better. Suitable home, shops which is less space.

For commercial building ductable unit is suits. By duct we can pass cool breeze from AC unit to needed zone.

Depends on size we have to choose FCU or AHU units.

For reduction of space in outdoor unit we can choose VRF system. But maintenance of VRF system is little bit harder than other.

How to maintain properly?

Things we may buy easy but maintaining required separate skill.

1. Proper AC filter cleaning
2. Drainage cleaning
3. Strainer cleaning(if chiller type)
4. Gas refilling in appropriate time
